“The first evidence of grapes date back to the vintage 1973 and the first vintage for listing under that name, and that label was the 1975 vintage.
This special blend is made a selection of the best grapes which are harvested late, about two weeks after the normal harvest an area of about 16 hectares of vineyard cultivated on Ronco del Fortino. The vines used are Guyot-Capuchin, with 6000-7000 vines per hectare with a yield of 40-60 quintals.
